Reporting an advertisement
Advertisements and offers on RewardPX are served by independent third-party networks; we do not control their content. If you see an ad you believe is illegal, misleading, or inappropriate — including unwanted gambling or betting ads — please report it to info@rewardpx.com with a screenshot and, if possible, the link. We will forward it to the relevant network for removal. Please note we cannot guarantee that any specific ad category will never appear, and we are not responsible for the conduct of third-party advertisers — see our Terms (Sections 7.1–7.2).
Before you contact us
- Check the Terms and Privacy Policy — many common questions are answered there.
- For withdrawal or offer-crediting issues, include your username and the transaction date so we can investigate quickly.
- For privacy requests (access, deletion, portability), email from the address registered to your account so we can verify you.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response to a privacy matter, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Türkiye this is the KVKK (kvkk.gov.tr); in the EU, find your authority via the EDPB members list.
