Terms of Service

Welcome to RewardPX (the "Platform", "Service", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and the operator of RewardPX, accessible at rewardpx.com. By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

1. Definitions

• Account — your registered profile on RewardPX, identified by a unique email and username.
• PX — the internal point currency used on the Platform. 1,000 PX equals approximately USD 1.00 unless otherwise stated.
• Task — any activity for which we offer a PX reward (offers, surveys, app installs, ad views, daily check-ins, spins, referrals, marketplace purchases).
• Offerwall — third-party advertising networks (e.g. AdGem, Lootably, OfferToro, CPX, BitLabs, TheoremReach) whose offers we display.
• Postback — server-to-server notification from an Offerwall confirming a completed action.
• Withdrawal — request to convert your PX balance into real-world value (USDT, gift cards, etc.).
• Fraud — any attempt to obtain rewards through misrepresentation, automation, or violation of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use RewardPX you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Not be located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to U.S., EU, or UN embargoes or sanctions (including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and certain regions of Ukraine).
• Not have been previously banned, suspended, or terminated from RewardPX or any affiliated platform.

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time, including by requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, or other documentation.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single-account policy

Each natural person may hold one (1) account only. Households sharing the same internet connection may register up to two (2) accounts provided each account is operated by a distinct natural person. Use of multiple accounts by a single person — through different emails, browsers, devices, IPs, or VPN endpoints — is fraud and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Account credentials

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password. We hash passwords with bcrypt (12 rounds) and offer optional two-factor authentication (TOTP) — we strongly recommend enabling 2FA. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access; we are not liable for losses arising from compromised credentials prior to such notification.

3.3 Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. False information (including impersonation of another individual, fake email aliases for the purpose of multi-accounting, or invalid contact details) is grounds for immediate suspension.

4. Earning Rewards

4.1 How PX is earned

You may earn PX by:

• Completing offers from integrated Offerwalls (third-party advertisers — completion is determined by the Offerwall's tracking system)
• Submitting tasks for manual review (where applicable)
• Watching ads (where applicable)
• Daily check-ins and the Spin Wheel
• Referring eligible new users (referral commission as published in your dashboard)
• Redeeming valid coupon codes

4.2 Crediting and reversals

PX is credited only when:

• An authenticated postback is received from the Offerwall, OR
• An administrator approves a manually-submitted task

We may reverse credited PX if an Offerwall provider subsequently flags the action as fraudulent, low-quality, or chargeable back (this is contractually required by our advertising partners). If your balance becomes negative after a reversal, your future earnings will be applied to the negative balance until it is cleared.

4.3 No guarantee of earnings

We do not guarantee that any specific task will be available, that any specific reward will be earned, or that any quoted reward amount will remain unchanged. Offerwall offers are controlled by third parties and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Eligibility

To request a withdrawal you must:

• Have a verified email address
• Meet the minimum withdrawal threshold published in your dashboard (typically the equivalent of USD 2.00)
• Have a balance that excludes amounts on spin-hold (rewards from the Spin Wheel may be held for up to 24 hours before becoming withdrawable)
• Not be in a suspended, banned, or read-only account state

5.2 Processing time

Withdrawals are processed manually within 1 to 72 hours after submission. Volume surges, weekend submissions, or manual fraud review may extend this window. We do not guarantee any specific processing time.

5.3 Network fees

You are responsible for any network fees (e.g. USDT transaction fees), which are deducted from your withdrawal amount or your balance as configured in the dashboard. We do not mark up these fees.

5.4 Verification

We may require Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification — including government ID, selfie, or proof of address — before processing any withdrawal, particularly for high-value withdrawals (typically over USD 100), withdrawals from new accounts (under 30 days old), or any case where automated risk scoring flags the request. Refusal to provide KYC on request will result in withdrawal cancellation and balance freeze pending review.

5.5 Address changes

If your withdrawal address (wallet, email, etc.) differs from your previous withdrawal address, we will email you a notification. You are responsible for ensuring the destination address is correct — we cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address you provided.

5.6 Refused or reversed withdrawals

We may refuse or reverse any withdrawal suspected of fraud, money laundering, terms violation, or sanctions exposure. Refused funds are returned to your in-platform PX balance (less any unrecoverable third-party fees already incurred).

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not, and you must not allow any third party to:

• Create or operate more than one account per natural person
• Use VPNs, proxies, Tor, residential proxies, datacenter IPs, or location-spoofing tools to circumvent regional restrictions, manipulate offer availability, or appear as a higher-CPM region
• Use bots, scripts, automation tools, click farms, headless browsers, emulators, or any non-human means to complete tasks
• Submit falsified, edited, recycled, AI-generated, or otherwise fraudulent task proofs (screenshots, videos, links, text)
• Refer yourself directly or indirectly (creating second accounts to refer your main, paying friends to register without genuine activity, etc.)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Platform beyond what is publicly intended
• Exploit bugs, race conditions, balance edge cases, or security vulnerabilities; you must report such issues responsibly to our support team
• Use stolen accounts, stolen credit cards, stolen identities, or any unauthorized third-party credentials
• Engage in chargebacks, false claims, or false ticket reports
• Send harassment, threats, hate speech, sexually explicit material, spam, phishing links, malware, or illegal content via chat, support, or any communication channel
• Impersonate staff, administrators, or other users
• Resell, transfer, or trade your account, balance, or earned PX outside of official Platform mechanisms
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable law (including but not limited to tax law, consumer protection law, anti-money-laundering regulations, and intellectual property law)

Any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, withdrawal cancellation, and may be reported to relevant authorities or our advertising partners' anti-fraud networks (whose actions may affect your reputation across many platforms).

7. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates third-party services that operate under their own terms and privacy policies, including but not limited to:

• Offerwall providers: AdGem, Lootably, OfferToro, CPX Research, BitLabs, TheoremReach, and others as added
• Ad networks: Adsterra, AdMob, Propeller Ads, and others as added
• Payment networks: USDT (BEP-20, TRC-20, ERC-20), gift-card processors
• Authentication/security: NextAuth.js, Cloudflare Turnstile, hCaptcha
• Infrastructure: Railway, Cloudflare
• Email delivery: Resend
• AI services: Google Gemini (used for fraud analysis and content moderation)

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. Disputes with a third party (e.g. an Offerwall failing to credit a completion) must initially be raised with the third party; we will assist via our support channel but cannot override their tracking decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform — including its design, branding (RewardPX name, logo, neon-green color scheme), code, copy, layouts, and curated content — is the intellectual property of the Platform operator and is protected by international copyright and trademark law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, frame, mirror, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (task proofs, chat messages, support tickets, profile information). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, display, and process the content for the purpose of operating the Platform, fraud prevention, and complying with legal obligations. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate any law.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 By us

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Any violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraud or abuse, as determined by our automated and manual review systems
• Legal compliance (court order, sanctions, etc.)
• Prolonged inactivity (12+ months without login)
• Operational reasons (Platform discontinuation in your region, etc.)

Suspended accounts enter a read-only mode where you retain access to support tickets to dispute the suspension but cannot earn, withdraw, or interact further. Balance forfeiture applies where suspension is for cause (fraud, multi-accounting, terms violations).

10.2 By you

You may close your account at any time via Settings → Security → Delete Account. Closure does not entitle you to withdraw a balance below the minimum withdrawal threshold. Any pending withdrawal will be processed at our discretion, and balances forfeited by closure are not recoverable.

11. Disclaimers

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Platform operator, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost earnings, lost data, business interruption, or substitute services — arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the USD equivalent of your current verified PX balance, or (b) USD 50.00.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform operator and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your use or misuse of the Service, (b) your breach of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party right, or (d) any content you submit.

14. Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether your earnings on the Platform are taxable in your jurisdiction, for reporting them, and for paying any applicable taxes. We may issue 1099 forms or local equivalents where legally required, but absence of such forms does not relieve your reporting obligations.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via an in-platform banner, email, or both, at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may close your account.

16. Dispute Resolution

16.1 Informal resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting our support team via the in-platform ticket system. We will respond within thirty (30) days.

16.2 Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, on a non-class, non-representative basis, in accordance with the rules of an internationally-recognized arbitration body in the operator's jurisdiction. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Consumers who are residents of jurisdictions where this waiver is unenforceable retain the rights granted by their local law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye (Turkey), excluding its conflict-of-laws provisions. The competent courts of Istanbul shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not subject to arbitration under Section 16, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any policy referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and RewardPX regarding the Service. No oral statement by us modifies these Terms.
