Refund & Reversal Policy

1. There is nothing to refund

RewardPX is a free-to-use earning platform. We never charge users a fee, take deposits, or require credit-card or banking details. Because no money flows from you to us, there is no payment to refund in the conventional sense. This policy therefore covers two specific cases:

  • Marketplace purchases made with PX (your in-platform balance)
  • Reversal of credited PX following provider chargebacks or fraud detection

2. Marketplace purchases (PX-funded)

Items in the marketplace (gift card codes, digital items) are paid for with PX, not real money. Once a code or item has been delivered to your account, it is considered consumed and is non-refundable, in line with industry practice for digital goods. We make two exceptions:

  • Defective code — if the gift-card code we delivered is invalid, expired or already redeemed when you receive it, contact support within 7 days with proof of the error and we will re-issue or refund the PX to your balance.
  • Order not delivered— if you completed checkout, PX was debited from your balance, but no code was issued within 72 hours, the PX is automatically refunded by the system. You don't need to do anything.
How to claim: open a support ticket from your dashboard with the order ID and a brief description. Average resolution time is under 48 hours.

3. Reversals of credited earnings

Most partner offer networks (AdGem, Lootably, OfferToro, Notik, Revtoo, TimeWall, BitLabs, CPX Research, GemiAd, etc.) allow advertisers to issue chargebacks for some weeks after the original completion. When this happens, the original PX credit is reversed from your balance. This is industry- standard and entirely outside our control.

  • You will receive a notification explaining the reversal
  • The transaction is recorded as REVERSED in your withdrawal / activity history
  • If the reversal pushes your balance below zero, future earnings are applied to settle the negative balance first

If you believe a reversal is incorrect, open a ticket. We will request evidence from the partner network and credit you back if the chargeback is shown to be improper.

4. Fraud-related forfeiture (NOT a refund)

If our fraud detection flags an account for prohibited activity (multi-accounting, bot use, VPN circumvention, submitting fake proof, etc.) the affected PX may be permanently forfeited. This is described in detail in our Terms of Service. Forfeited PX is not refundable.

5. Withdrawal cancellations

Withdrawal requests can be cancelled by you while they are still in the PENDING review queue. Once a request has moved to APPROVED or SENT it cannot be cancelled — at that point the cryptocurrency send has been initiated and the transaction is irreversible on-chain.

  • Wrong wallet address? The recipient address is your responsibility. Crypto sent to an incorrect address is permanently lost; we cannot recover it.
  • Network mismatch (BEP20 vs TRC20)? Same situation — pick carefully.
  • Address frozen by exchange? Contact the exchange's support. We can provide the on-chain transaction hash as proof of send.
